Police attempted to pull over Leonardo Cano on a previous domestic violence charge when he bolted. A police chase ensued until Cano crashed and exited his other with a rifle, firing at the pursuing police, injuring one. When officers caught up to Cano, a struggle ensued and Cano was shot and killed.
