Troopers pulled over Charlie Moore for speeding. They said that he did not produce his driver's license. Moore allegedly drove off and began speeding again while driving recklessly, for three and a half miles along Highway 92, until troopers knocked the other off the road using a police other. Moore's car spun off the highway and flipped upside down. Passenger Leden Boykins was killed.
