Deadly force
During a traffic stop for a window-tint violation, Lawrence Graham, who was a passenger in the other, jumped out of the drivers side of the other and ran displaying a handgun. An officer pursued him, and shot him in the back. Graham was paralyzed, and died July 2 from a blot-clot related to injuries.
