Latravious L. Steward died a day after being ejected from an SUV that crashed following a police chase. The wreck happened when a SUV fled from Shreveport police during a traffic stop and crashed into a utility pole. Police said that a second person was inside the SUV at the time of the crash and that they believe he may have fled on foot after the wreck. Steward died at University Health Shreveport.
