Passenger in a car driven by Lamarcus Butler, who was pursued by officer Gregory Jackson for 2 miles for driving without headlights. The chase was supposed to have been called off, but Jackson continued his pursuit (turning off his lights and siren) until Butler ran a red light and crashed into a SUV. Margaret Stephens, a passenger in the SUV was killed; Butler's passenger also died from injuries sustained in the crash.
