Deadly force
Officers were investigating "possible narcotics activity," police said. They approached Harris, who took off running and then turned and fired, hitting one officer in the back, another in the foot and the third officer in the chest, possibly in his bulletproof vest, police said. At least one of the officers shot and killed Harris.
