An officer was conducting a traffic stop which turned into a narcotics investigation. The driver was Ladarius Dontrell Jackson. As the officer was searching Jackson's other, the two reportedly got into a fight. Jackson escaped the officer's initial restraint, which led to a foot pursuit. The officer tasered Jackson, killing him.
