Kyam Livingston became violent at her grandmother's home and was taken into custody by NYPD. While in the holding cell awaiting arraignment, Livingston complained of stomach pains and diarrhea but was ignored by police until she began to have seizures. NYPD finally called for medical help but Livingston was dead upon their arrival.
