An officer pulled over Aron Richardson at about 4:15 p.m. on Highway 94, but Richardson allegedly drove off. Krystofer Batsell was making a left turn onto Highway 94. Richardson crashed his other into the driver side of Batsell's other, killing Batsell. Aron Richardson was charged in St. Charles County with driving while intoxicated in the deadly crash and possession of a controlled substance.
