Less-than-lethal force
Kris Lieberman was tasered by police, allegedly because he was "acting strangely" banging his head against the ground in a pasture. Police told him to remain calm, but he charged at them. The officer fired his taser at Lieberman. Lieberman fought for a few more minutes before he lost consciousness. Lieberman was unarmed during the incident. He died two hours later at hospital.
