Kimberly Norris was walking erratically in a yard on Clyde School Road. A man stopped to check on her, and she reportedly told the man her father had been shot. The man called 911, and deputies were dispatched at 8:43 a.m. Before the deputies arrived, she allegedly pointed a gun at the man and ordered him out of the other. When deputies arrived, the woman pointed the gun at them and fired, police said. Deputies shot and killed her.
