Kiethedric Hines died after being tasered by police. At around 5:30 p.m., police responded to a domestic call, and Hines reportedly led them on a foot chase. According to police, officers used several measures to get Hines to stop before they eventually used a Taser. Hines later died at the hospital. Winnebago County Coroner Sue Fiduccia said Hines died because of a heart condition.
