Deadly force

A pastor took officer Antonio Milo and his mother to their church parking lot after Parker crashed his other there, looking for injured people. Parker tried to shoot the pastor. His 9mm pistol did not fire. The officer identified himself, ordering Parker to surrender. They exchanged gunfire. Parker advanced, fatally shooting the pastor's mother. The officer retreated to the church, shouting, "Stay back!" He subdued Parker, whose pistol was empty, at the door. Parker was hit by gunfire and died.
