A five-hour standoff shut down streets in Pittsburgh's Hill District as police tried to get a homicide suspect, Khalil Singletary, out of the home. Singletary reportedly exchanged gunfire with officers. Singletary was found dead in the home shortly before 6 p.m. The standoff began about 12:30 p.m.
