Kevin Holroyd allegedly shot and killed Clinton Street, 30, at his home round 10 a.m. Holroyd drove to an apartment in Panama City and exchange gunfire with police. After a near 5-hour standoff, Holroyd was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound. It was not immediately reported if he shot himself or if he was shot by officers.
