Piskura, a visitor from Chicago, got tasered by police outside a local bar while they were breaking up a fight. Piskura went into cardiac arrest, was transported to a hospital, and died there five days later. In March 2013 the victim's parents reached a wrongful death settlement with the city for an undisclosed amount.
