About 10:10 p.m., officers tried to stop Kerry Michael Bounsom on a bicycle, and he fled on foot, police said. They followed on foot. Bounson resisted arrest, and officers shocked him with a stun gun. Bounson allegedly brandished a handgun and fired at the officers, at least one officer fired back, killing Bounson.
