Keonna Redmond

Keonna Redmond was a passenger in a stolen car that crashed after fleeing a traffic stop. The car sped past the officer, turned a corner and ran into a tree. Redmond died at the scene, police said. Another teenager was taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center with critical injuries. The driver of the car ran from the scene and was arrested later. Police said there was no chase because the officer didn't have time to give pursuit because the car crashed shortly after fleeing the traffic stop.
