Deadly force

Officers Kyle Kincade, 29, and Joshua Gearhart, 26, were sent to 5433 Floral Circle S. after a man told a dispatcher he had a gun and wouldn't be alive for long. He said he had kicked his girlfriend out of his apartment. When the officers arrived, they saw a man holding a handgun in a breezeway. The officers shot and killed Goble after he ignored their orders to drop the gun and, instead, pointed it at them, police said.
