Deadly force

Morgan was shot at his home after authorities said he approached a deputy with a knife. Morgan was living in a group home at the time and had barricaded himself in his room after a dispute over a bill. Police spent over an hour trying to get Morgan to leave his room peacefully without success. After they forcefully entered the room, Morgan charged at authorities with a knife and was then shot.
