Officer Rounsavall saw Livingston's van parked on the shoulder of FM 407. He pulled up and asked Livingston what he was doing. Livingston told Officer Rounsavall that he had driven from Irving to Argyle to watch a meteor shower. His driver's license was suspended, and he had smoked marijuana for medical reasons that night. Officer Rounsavall searched Livingston's other. Livingston's defibrillator malfunctioned. He passed out. Officer Rounsavall called EMS.
