Kenneth Anderson Jr. was in a single-car accident. When deputies arrived, they arrested him for an open Justice of the Peace warrant for an unpaid fine of $279.70 for non-appearance in court for not having a driver's license. He allegedly was tasered after he was handcuffed and placed in the police other. Paramedics cleared him to go to jail. He died on the way to the jail.
