Officers were dispatched to the Grover Beach home around 10:30 p.m. for reports of a man causing a disturbance. When they arrived, two officers approached the man who was brandishing a pipe with a rope attached.. Police tasered the combative man, and then shot and killed him as he advanced upon them.
