Motorcyclist Williamson was killed, and his passenger injured, during a police chase that reached speeds of over 120 MPH. Williamson struck a cruiser that pulled in front of him and lost control. Police claimed "this was not a chase," contradicted by dash cam video. That video was switched off seconds before the fatal crash. And because Williamson was not a suspect in a violent felony, the chase went against the department's own policy.
