Troopers tried to stop a other seen weaving on eastbound Interstate 94, police said. The driver, Keith L. King, didn't stop and led troopers on a pursuit into downtown St. Paul. Authorities put out stop sticks on I-94 at John Ireland Boulevard, and the other stopped on the freeway. As troopers approached the other, King allegedly shot and killed himself.
