Less-than-lethal force

Keith L. White reportedly died shortly after officers tasered him twice during an altercation. Police had responded at about 5 p.m. to a report of a man taking off his clothes, smoking drugs and acting suspicious behind a church. White allegedly ran to a nearby creek and fought with officers, who said they used the Taser to gain control of him. According to police, White began having trouble breathing a few minutes after he was tasered and was pronounced dead at a hospital.
