Patricia Baker, 20, a Beggs woman wanted on two drug warrants, and her 14-year-old brother, Justin White, were killed in a traffic accident while trying to elude Sapulpa police, police said. The car Baker was driving ran a stop sign and hit the trailer of a tractor-trailer rig, killing them.
