Justin Michael Linn was wanted for an alleged violent home invasion and had managed to escape two previous attempts to arrest him. Deputies tracked Linn to a location outside a motel. Linn fled, sprinting about 100 yards as he reached to his waist as if was armed. A deputy shot and killed Linn, who was unarmed.
