Police attempted to arrest a person who had a warrant for his arrest at 1:30 p.m. He reportedly ran away from officers, and they reportedly used less-lethal means in an attempt to arrest him. Officers said those measures were not successful, and at least one officer shot and killed him, as he brandished a handgun.
