Deadly force
Beltran fired his AK-47 into the air during the celebration of his 26th birthday. A neighbor called 911. Beltran, on probation, fled officers by other for several miles. When he stopped and exited his other, he took his rifle with him. Officers fatally shot him after warning him to put it down.
