About 11 p.m. Justin Frostad was traveling eastbound on county road 3875 in a 2007 Kia Optima and police were pursuing him. Frostad lost control of the other after crossing railroad tracks and veered off the road and his other flipped several times before coming to rest on its top in a field, killing Frostad.
