Shortly before 5 a.m. officers stopped Junior Davis Lopez. He allegedly got out of the car with a gun in his hand that he dropped to the ground but picked it up and pointed it at officers, who shot and killed him. Kimberly Gonzalez, Lopez's friend, and his fiancee, Amber Bustillos, were in the other.
