Deadly force
A report of a suspicious other developed into a lead on the whereabouts of Daniels, who had an outstanding warrant for three contempt-of-court charges. Officers apprehended Daniels but he wiggled out of his jacket and dashed out the back door. After a short foot chase he produced a weapon and fired at the police. He was killed by return fire.
