At Rest

Deadly force
Fitchburg police received a report of a disturbance. The first Fitchburg police officer to arrive, Eric Disch, was confronted by an uncooperative and combative individual who was holding a length of coaxial cable. The officer told him to calm down and drew his Taser. The man knocked the Taser out of the officer's hand. He fought and tried to disarm the officer. The officer shot and killed him.
