Deadly force
An officer pulled out of the police parking lot when another other pulled up beside him and fired shots into the other. Javon Brice fled, but the officer pursued, and other officers joined the pursuit. He drove to an apartment complex, where he exchanged gunfire with police, and he was shot and killed.
