Josue Javier Diaz sideswiped the car of a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police detective, who pursued him. Both vehicles stopped. Diaz left his car and approached the officer's other with a handgun, apparently in an act of road rage, and was shot and killed by the officer, police said. The Citizens Review Board didn't move ahead to an evidentiary hearing on the killing.
