Deadly force

Gallardo had a warrant out for his arrest for a domestic violence incident that occurred in June 2016. When deputies pulled him over, he pointed a replica pellet gun at deputies and was shot and killed. The District Attorney's Office reported that he had a potentially toxic level of cocaine in his blood at the time of death and that a suicide note was found in the trunk of his car.
