A traffic stop regarding a suspected stolen other led to a chase that ended with Joshua Roberts taking driver Kristen McCoy, 34, hostage at gunpoint. With a gun to McCroy's head, Roberts walked toward police and ignored warnings to disarm. Police shot and killed Roberts and arrested McCoy who had warrants in another county.
