Joshua Cummins was allegedly driving a stolen truck as officers from two agencies chased him at high speeds during rush hour. Cummins crashed in a Fillmore Township ditch and collided with a tree stump at about 6 p.m. Cummins died May 18 from his injuries. According to police, they'd called off the chase shortly before the crash.
