Joshua Chase Conner allegedly assaulted his mother to take her car keys and then stole her car. The deputy was taking a report from her when Conner returned to the house. Conner allegedly confronted the deputy in the front yard with a knife and tree limb, and he ignored orders from the deputy, and the deputy shot and killed him.
