An officer responded to a 911 wanted-person call to the house where Joseph Thomas Lee Lopez was staying. A resident at the home called police because Lopez was attempting to enter the house. After finding Lopez in a shed behind the home, GPD Officer M.E. Hamilton shot and killed Lopez.
