Deadly force

Officers were met at the door by a knife-wielding Evans when they responded to a domestic disturbance call. After barricading himself inside, the officers tried unsuccessfully to talk him out. Fearing he might harm himself, they forced their way inside. Evans charged with the knife, despite the use of stun bag rounds and tasers. He was shot and killed.
