Deadly force
Troopers attempted a traffic stop of a car with a driver and one passenger about 12:30 p.m. The car briefly stopped, the passenger got out and fled, and the car then fled as well. The passenger was found. Troopers pursued the car, and the driver of the car allegedly shot at them. Spikes strips disabled the other, and the driver got out of the car with a handgun and tried to carjack another other, and three troopers shot and killed the driver of the previously fleeing other.
