Las Vegas police officers shot and killed Joseph Michael Justin, 28, a burglary suspect who ignored orders to drop a gun near Flamingo Road and Nellis Boulevard. Two officers each fired one shot. Some inquest witnesses said they didn't see Justin with a gun.
