Joseph Zahazcewski showed up at a convenience store around 1:15 a.m. and allegedly shot his way into the store and stole several items. When officers responded to the scene, they reportedly saw the man walking away and that the man was armed with a shotgun. One officer shot and killed Zahazcewski when Zahazcewski turned around.
