Jose Manuel Cardenas Jr. allegedly assaulted a woman who was driving the car he was riding in. Both got out of the car, going in different directions. Cardenas allegedly shot, pointed a gun at passing traffic and himself and was shot and killed when he failed to comply with police orders to drop the weapon.
