Police tried to stop a green minivan, but the driver, 40-year-old Fredrick Jones, refused to stop. Jones fled from officers and rear-ended a Toyota Sienna, which caught fire. Jose Hernandez, in the Sienna, was killed. His passenger was injured. Jones was also injured and police said he'd be charged for various offenses.
