Around 3 a.m., police stopped a other, and Jordan De Sayles, who was a passenger, got out of the car and ran. While De Sayles was running away, he allegedly fired multiple shots at officers, who shot at De Sayles, who then barricaded himself in a building. De Sayles reportedly shot and killed himself.
