Deadly force

Jonathan Patzel allegedly started an apartment on fire when police were called about a domestic assault. He had started a fire in his apartment and when he did not answer his door, the police broke it down at which point Patzel rushed the door where the officers were. He was shot and killed by officers who allegedly found a butcher knife on the floor.
