While questioning a 35-year-old man at 905 East Main Street it was determined the individual was the subject of outstanding warrants. The man was placed into custody and held in a law enforcement other. officers reported gunshots coming from inside the car and returned fire striking the individual who had moments earlier been taken into custody.
